I am seriously appalled at the lack of journalistic integrity The Daily Collegian's editors have shown.

As a student who faithfully reads the Collegian everyday, the serious lack of background research by the editors before issuing a USG presidential endorsement is a horrendous slap in the face to all candidates and students.

Numerous people have put sweat, blood and tears into these campaigns.

People frequently bash USG for "playing politics." Well, The Daily Collegian "plays journalism," and
I would argue that the Collegian has performed more poorly than USG.
