The State College Police Department has charged a Penn State student with burglary for the alleged theft of a beer dispenser.
Justin Falcone, 22, is accused of entering a residence on the 600 block of W. College Ave., at about 3 a.m. Friday morning and taking a Haier beer dispenser valued at $773, State College police said. Falcone is charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, and receiving stolen property. Falcone was released Friday night from Centre County Prison on $5,000 bail, police said.
