Today's University Park forecast
A slew of weather systems will affect our region this holiday weekend.
For today, while the sun may make a brief appearance this morning,
clouds will thicken by the afternoon. Most of the precipitation will
remain to our south, but a stray wet snow shower cannot be ruled out. As
the system exits our region, we will experience a pleasant Saturday with
partly sunny skies and seasonable temperatures. Conditions will
deteriorate rapidly once again as a coastal low works its way up the
coast for Easter Sunday. Rain will develop by the afternoon and
intensify overnight bringing heavy rain and breezy conditions.
