A lecture by Afeni Shakur and poet Sonia Sanchez, previously scheduled for tonight in Heritage Hall, has been postponed indefinitely. Shakur, the mother of late rapper Tupac Shakur, was joining Sanchez to share her story of peace and empowerment, as well as her struggles to help others learn from their past. An announcement will be made through the Penn State Newswire regarding if the event is rescheduled.
