The Penn State softball team will get into the full swing of its schedule with 11 games over spring break, which will include the Nittany Lions' (1-4) first taste of Big Ten competition when they face Michigan State (1-7) in the Central Florida Tournament on Sunday.

Penn State's early season offense has been led by the freshman Jenn Reynolds, sophomore Megan Wolfer and junior Leigh Murray, who are all hitting above .400 and all have more than a .400 on-base percentage. Penn State has also seen a power surge from freshman Jen Acunto, who had two home runs on opening weekend.
