Though the botox is starting to de-intensify and the liposuction bruises are beginning to subside, it has only been four days since the most anticipated red carpet of the year rolled out with lots of silicone, double-sided tape, thongs, people from Brooklyn and more egos out-of-check than the VMAs.

Most college students procrastinate, and it's no surprise that those habits extend into making plans for one of the most important weeks in spring semester: spring break.

Spring break is almost upon us; therefore, it is a perfect time to make a mixed CD to mark the occasion.

Simple truths are the essence of good cooking. Here's one of them: the secret really is in the sauce.
