Police Log

Disorderly Conduct: Penn State University Police said unintelligible yelling was coming from inside a room in Beaver Hall at 12:08 a.m. yesterday. The officer couldn't decipher what was being said, so it is not known whether it was related to the alleged racial slurs and homophobic remarks directed to an individual from Beaver Hall Feb. 17, police said.

Theft: Penn State University Police said a Dell laptop computer was reported stolen from Wartik Lab between Feb. 1 and Feb. 23. The laptop is valued at $1,748.

Theft: An Apple computer and Olympus digital camera were reported stolen from Engineering Unit D between May 2004 and August 2004, Penn State University Police said. The estimated value of the computer is $2,000 and the camera is valued at $1,000.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
