Cloudy with steady snowfall
Today's University Park forecast
A winter storm will bring snow to the Commonwealth today. The center of the storm will track along the coast of the Carolinas, causing the heaviest snow to fall south and east of State College, and close to the major metropolitan areas of Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and New York. This fast-moving storm will be out of the region by tomorrow morning, but another cold air mass will arrive behind it keeping temperatures below normal for Saturday. However, on Sunday temperatures should moderate to seasonal levels ahead of the next approaching system.
