Tonight into tomorrow, a fairly potent winter storm could dump several inches of snow across the northern tier of Pennsylvania and eventually into New England by Friday. The storm, which will move into the Keystone State today, is expected to bring a few inches of measuable snowfall to the central mountains with higher amounts in the Northern counties after a period of rain at the start. Areas closer to Lake Erie will see lake enhanced snowfall; upstate New York could see up to a foot of snow or more during the day tomorrow.
