Pennsylvania State Police arrested nine people for possession and delivery of drugs last Thursday morning, State Police Cpl. John Bravis said.
The suspects were arraigned Thursday by District Justices Allen Sinclair and Daniel Hoffman, depending on their location.
State Trooper Richard Swank of the State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit said that police had been investigating the each case for six months to one year.
While this was the second drug sweep in the past two weeks, Swank said that the timing of the sweep was coincidental because the other sweep was conducted solely by the Penn State University Police and the Centre County Drug Task Force.
Swank said about 16 state troopers and officers from Centre County Probation took part in serving the warrants.
"There are two [individuals] that have warrants for their arrest and haven't been located yet," Swank said.
Blaine Carver, 25, of Julian, was charged with three counts of delivery of heroin.
Anthony Hoban, 44, of Bellefonte, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Troy Zimmerman, 29, of Bellefonte, was charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
Nichole Susko, 20, of Ramey, was charged with two counts of delivery of cocaine and marijuana.
Josh Schreffler, 19, of Bellefonte was charged with one count of possession with an intent to deliver and one count of possession of a controlled substance.
