Letter to the Editor
Eagles fan may be set up for a big fall

As a Steelers fan, I would like to congratulate the Eagles fans and say that I hope your team shocks the Patriots in two weeks. Although Eagles fans can get pretty ridiculous, I hate the Patriots more than anything (except maybe those thug Ravens) and I want all of this dynasty crap to go away.

Before you get too happy though, I just want to remind you that the toughest part of journey is still ahead for your team.

I hope you win, but if you lose (as most of the sports world says you will) you'll be feeling it much worse than any Steelers fan is right now. Losing the Super Bowl would feel worse than all of your NFC Championship losses combined.

Trust me, I found out what its like a decade ago (I still hate Neil O'Donnell). And if you don't believe me, ask any Buffalo Bills fan. I am not saying this to bring you down, but just as a friendly warning in case your team doesn't upset the Patsies.

Celebrate now, but if you find your team in the same position the Steelers were last Sunday you will be feeling the hurt ten times worse. And don't say nobody warned you.
