Collegian should cover Bush more objectively

It seems to be that The Daily Collegian has obviously been leaning toward an anti-Bush agenda.

Just on Friday, your paper featured a front page article with a five-by-seven-inch photograph of an anti-inaugural protest that was attended by 35 people.

Why not have an article about the optimism that many people have about the upcoming years? I bet that number is more than 35. Is that too much to ask, or must we always be looking on the gloomy and depressing side of every single event? It seems that the paper can't even concede that a lot of people actually like President Bush; 59 million people voted for him, the most ever for a president.

Even the article about his inauguration speech had the headline "Some Think Bush Speech Clear, Concise." Some?

Why not just have a factual article about his speech, instead of a piece that consisted mostly of the College Democrats that insulted him.

It's getting old.
