I completely understand Krystle Kopacz ("Too old for frat boys, still too young for bar scene," Jan 21).

I'm a junior that won't turn 21 until after the semester is over. The majority of my friends are now 21 or over and when it comes to going out, they head to the bars and sometimes even tease me that I can't hang out with them.

By the time I turn 21, some of my good friends will be gone. I don't go to the frats. I did enough of that freshman year.

Hanging in and having fun is fine, but it just sucks that people in the same situation as me can't go out and have a good time with their friends.
