Assault: The State College Police Department said charges are pending for a man who assaulted two 21-year-old students at 300 Wilson Alley after a confrontation at about 2 a.m. yesterday.

One individual suffered a possible broken nose and the other suffered a swollen lower lip, police said.

Police said the man could be charged with either simple or aggravated assault, depending on the severity of the injuries.
