Questions of responsibility to a parking lot and the ability to dial 911 were the main focus of cross-examination by the prosecution yesterday in the courtroom as the defense took its turn during the trial of Christopher and Jason Rosengrant.

After about a two-hour deliberation yesterday, a jury declared Christopher and Jason Rosengrant not guilty in connection with the October 2003 death of former Penn State student, Salvador Peter Serrano.

The holiday season is in full gear, and as students are getting ready to go home, they are taking safety precautions to prevent burglary.

In response to complaints from parents concerned that their children will be without daycare following the closing of the Child Development Laboratory, the Work/Life Program of the health and human resources department will complete a study to determine the need for additional daycare centers on campus.

Penn State track coach named vice chairman

Heading into the season, the Penn State wrestling team was not happy with its No. 17 preseason ranking (Intermatwrestle.com), and it was determined to prove that ranking wrong.

It was just two and a half weeks ago that Penn State women's basketball coach Rene Portland took a medical leave of absence, one day after her team dropped to 0-3 for the first time in her 25 years of coaching here.

The majority of the Penn State ACHA Div. I Icers have spent more time filling the whirlpools and licking their wounds this season than actual time on the ice.
