Natale Schmidt (senior-mechanical engineering) is a member of Envoys, a student group that promotes co-op and internship experience for the College of Engineering.

Although Doreen Strauss is a freshman, she is already planning to study abroad the fall semester of her junior year.

Despite the growing popularity of studying in Australia, Penn State may have to rethink its study abroad partnerships with some Australian universities because of projected tuition increases and the American dollar's decreasing value overseas.

"Lower tuition, sign the petition" was the chant heard yesterday as an activist from the Raise Your Voice group pleaded with students to sign letters to lower Penn State tuition.

The master of the television and stand-up comedy domain is making a comeback in a big way, and he's planning a stop in State College along the trail.

As student parking spaces are pushed farther from the heart of campus, the Undergraduate Student Government (USG) has successfully lobbied for a shuttle bus to Lot 83, north of Park Avenue.

At Bombay Bistro & Grill, 120 E. Beaver Ave., the lunch buffet is the sure shot.

With four Christmas albums under his belt, it's no wonder Kenny Rogers is bringing the songs from those albums on the road this holiday season.

Travel back in time this weekend when the Christmas play Winter's Light Over Big Spring is performed at the Bellefonte Elementary School auditorium.

The Ballet Theatre of Central Pennsylvania is bringing The Nutcracker to the State College Area High School North Auditorium tomorrow through Sunday.

There might be thousands of sappily heartwarming Christmas stories to choose from, but there is something about good old Charlie Brown that never fails to get people in the holiday mood.

Gifts worth giving, or getting this holiday.

Ah, the holidays--a good time for eggnog, Christmas caroling and winter blockbusters.

Naughty and nice: Staff picks for off-beat holiday flicks.

A Christmas playlist to keep you jinglin' all the way.
