Monday night a VW Passat managed to somehow make its way onto the left sidewalk of the Allen Street mall. He continued all way down to the end of the mall in front of the Corner Room. The man, who was looking at the traffic on College Avenue, did not see the two curbs just in front of the Christmas tree. The driver unknowingly drove down these curbs badly scraping his car before speeding down College Avenue. Did he know that he was driving on a sidewalk?
