Penn State student David Pimentel, 22, who was stabbed early Sunday morning on the 100 block of Garner Street, was released from Mount Nittany Medical Center yesterday.

The police did not have any new information in the case and do not have any suspects. They have interviewed several witnesses.

Pimentel could not be reached for comment last night.
