All the leaves are brown

Tom Waltz, a member of the Office of Physical Plant landscaping crew, works on cleaning leaves off the HUB-Robeson Center lawn. As fall finally hits State College and the trees lose their leaves, heavy rain and winds up to 50 mph are expected to hit the region today. The rain may taper off, however, and give way to snow flurries overnight. Weather over the next few days is supposed to be cool and cloudy, and a mix of rain and snow is expected for Saturday.
