The State College Police Department said a white four-door Toyota Tercel was reported stolen at about 3 p.m. Monday from the bottom parking deck area of The Diplomat, 329 E. College Ave. The car was stolen sometime on Nov. 25 and is registered in West Virginia with license plate 5X2324. Police added that there is a "W '04" sticker and a light blue "OBX" sticker in the rear window. Video was taken of a white man between the ages of 18 and 22 stealing the car, police said.
