PSU student's apartment burglarized

A Penn State student told the State College Police Department yesterday that his apartment at Nicholas Tower Apartments, 301 S. Pugh St., was burglarized sometime during Thanksgiving break. When the student arrived at his apartment, his front door had been knocked down and many items were stolen, police said. The stolen items include computers, electronic items, a black leather jacket, a suede jacket, DVDs and an Xbox. Because of the number of stolen items, police are still totaling the value of the items. Police are investigating the incident.

Various electronics stolen over break

The State College Police Department now has an estimated loss value for the burglary that occurred sometime over Thanksgiving break on the 500 block of South Pugh Street. The estimated value for the electronics, video and home entertainment equipment was $5,100. Police are still investigating the burglary.
