In response to Matt Valkovic's column ("Negativity will not help Democratic party or U.S." Thurs., Nov. 11), I would like to point out to Valkovic that he lives in a "blue" state. Please get in step with those around you, and learn to cope with your environment. Your condescension seems rather negative. This election offers you an opportunity to get in touch with those around you. Good luck.
