Two of Penn State's traditional health care plans are merging to create a new plan with extended benefits and eligibility requirements for Penn State employees.

Penn State officials said it is too soon to react to an Undergraduate Student Government (USG) Senate recommendation that calls for a committee to look into "philosophical and ethical" guidelines for on-campus surveillance cameras.

Plans to build a Catholic student center in East College Heights were appealed in a unanimous vote yesterday by the College Heights Association.

The Undergraduate Student Government (USG) is considering a Web site that would list the estimated wait at fitness centers across campus.

A student team recently met with university administrators to discuss possibly canceling classes in observance of Martin Luther King (MLK) Jr. Day on Jan. 17.
