Harrassment: A 23-year-old woman reported she was harassed at 12:30 a.m. Sunday on the 100 block of West Calder Way, State College Police said yesterday.

The victim said a white man, who is described as in his 20s with dark, spiky hair and noticeable sideburns, wearing a white T-shirt, pushed her to the ground and held her down, police said.

The victim added that shortly after that, a white man in a black Chevrolet Cavalier pulled up and chased the suspect away, police said. The victim, who told police she was not injured, also fled the area. She said the suspect seemed to be intoxicated.
