It's not too often that I get to read an opinion piece that isn't riddled with sarcasm and cynicism. Matt Valkovic's column ("Staying faithful important part of student's life," Thurs., Oct. 21), on the other hand, was genuine, heartfelt and positive. Sharing feelings about faith is important, but not always easy. It's not so important that other people believe it. What's important is that they know that you believe it. And more importantly, that you know that you believe it. Well done!
