Theft: A man reported yesterday morning the theft of three of his wife's rings while she was at Mount Nittany Medical Center between Oct. 8 and Oct. 19. The total value of the rings is about $2,300.

Theft: An 8-week-old Yorkshire Toy Terrier worth $480 was stolen from Wild Side Pets, 256 W. Hamilton Avenue, Tuesday afternoon, police said. The puppy is mostly brown with white and black patches.
