Three fraternities faced preliminary hearings yesterday for charges of selling and furnishing alcohol to minors. Kappa Delta Rho fraternity, 420 E. Prospect Ave., and Kappa Alpha fraternity, 234 E. Beaver Ave., waived their preliminary hearings. Sigma Pi fraternity, 303 Fraternity Row, was bound over on those charges.
