Cloudy with rain showers
Today's University Park forecast
A parade of storms will continue to affect the Commonwealth today. Cloudy skies and passing showers will plague the region as a stalled frontal boundary to the Southeast continues to spawn many more disturbances. There will, however, be a break in the gloomy weather come Friday for the Penn State homecoming parade and festivities. Temperatures throughout the area will continue to be near average with some slightly cooler days as the second half of October is now upon us. The weekend looks fair weatherwise as the chance for rain will be minimal on Saturday. However, look for a chance of showers again on Sunday.
