Bush's policies allow terrorism to develop

I am tired of hearing that terrorists would vote for Sen. John Kerry. First and foremost this is a statement that is based solely on opinion, with no factual basis. The conservatives "feel" that the terrorists would vote against President Bush because he is aggressive and strong on terrorism. For a moment let us look at the position of the irrational Osama bin Laden. This man orchestrated an attack on America during President Bush's term as president by having his extremists use planes as missiles to destroy American civilian buildings and lives in an un-antagonized attack. It has now been over three years from that viscous attack and Bin Laden is still at liberty to walk around with his life and the freedom and capabilities to strike again. He has had three years to make new plans to hurt Americans, and three years to rally his followers and gather more recruits.

In these three years Bush has taken troops off the job of hunting this maniac down in order for America to stabilize Iraq. In these same years we have softened our watch over known weapons of mass destruction and nuclear weapons in a devastated, mob-run Russia. Now if making nuclear weapons more obtainable on the black market while committing American troops to stabilize a volatile Iraq instead of searching for the most wanted criminal mastermind on this planet is your idea of making America safer from Bin Laden and his terrorist network, then yes, terrorists would not vote for Bush. However, I think bin Laden enjoys the fact that less American troops are searching for him, for the sole reason that these honorable troops are preoccupied in Iraq, and will be staying there for years to come, no matter who is elected the next President of the United States.
