Marching with meaning

Barbara Dullen of Harrisburg and Holly Schipp of State College lead a 'Taking Steps Against Cruelty' march for animal rights for the "farmed, feathered and four-legged." The event took place Sunday afternoon and was organized by the Farm Sanctuary group. It started at Sunset Park, went to the Allen State gates, and then returned to Sunset Park. Following the march there was a vegan potluck/cook-out for the participants. More information about the group can be found at www.walkforfarmanimals.org.
