Today's University Park forecast
The brief shower that occured during the 3rd quarter of Saturday’s
football game was due to a weak cold front that moved through the
region. The frontal system resulted in cooler, more fall-like conditions
Sunday. This trend will continue through the beginning of the work week
until the reminants of tropical storm Matthew push into the area.
Following this tropical moisture an even stronger cold front will
approach the Commonwealth, bringing more unsettled weather and colder
temperatures.
