Dolly Parton will perform at the Bryce Jordan Center Nov. 21 as part of the Hello, I'm Dolly tour, her most extensive tour in 20 years. Tickets for the event go on sale at 9 a.m. Saturday, and wristbands will be available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday.
