With all the debate about Michael Moore coming to campus, come the accusations that his point of view is full of lies. When Fahrenheit 9/11 first came out, all of the conservative analysts in the media made the same accusations. But none of these people give any back up to their claim. If you've ever seen any of his movies or read any of his books you know Michael Moore presents back up to his claims. Despite what conservatives like people to think, he doesn't just make stuff up. Moore does put his liberal slant on the facts, but slanting facts is nothing new to conservatives. You see conservatives like Bill O'Reilly and Joe Scarborough on the cable news networks do it every night. Just because you say someone is lying a million times doesn't make it so. If your claim is that someone's lying, back it up! That goes for both liberals and conservatives. We could sit here calling each other liars all day, but that doesn't make for a very good debate.
