Sen. Arlen Specter has held one of Pennsylvania's two U.S. Senate seats for more than 20 years and, while some feel it's time for a change, others see his seniority as an asset.

More male faculty members than ever before are taking time off after the birth of their children and going on paternity leave, most likely due to changing attitudes toward gender roles, Bob Drago, professor of labor studies and industrial relations, said.

The first few weeks, things were moving along pretty smoothly for the Penn State receivers.
