Morgan may file complaint with police
Former USG Vice President Takkeem Morgan may file a harassment complaint with Penn State University Police after an incident at the HUB-Robeson Center yesterday.
Morgan said he was getting students to register to vote in the Sbarro area while they were eating lunch. He was then approached by a Sbarro employee and asked to leave the premises. After refusing to leave, Morgan was allegedly stopped and grabbed by a University Police officer and asked to leave.
Morgan said last night that he spoke with Penn State Police Supervisor Tyrone Parham on the phone about the incident, and he plans to meet with Parham today to possibly file a harassment report.
Police confirmed there was an incident involving a student in the HUB yesterday but could not say who the student was. They would not comment further on an ongoing investigation.
