Music Review
My Morning Jacket

My Morning Jacket may be one of the lesser-known acts in the line-up for the Vote For Change tour coming to the Bryce Jordan Center tomorrow, but it has just as much soul as the others.

The five-piece act hails from Louisville, Ky. and brings with it a unique blend of southern rock, soul and blues.

The long-haired rockers produce haunting and mellow tunes that will add a rich dimension to the show and will set them apart form the other acts.

The group's quirky lyrics and looks stray a bit from the mainstream and are sure to please any indie rock fans in the crowd.

The up-and-coming band's latest album, It Still Moves, was released in 2003.

Since completing the record, My Morning Jacket has been touring nationally and internationally.

The band is looking to inspire voters to change America's future on this leg of the Vote For Change Tour.

They share the stage tomorrow night with other politically active bands that are touring the country prior to November's presidential election to encourage voters to support Sen. John Kerry.
