In response to David Reppert's letter, I find his facts on Bush and his plans to be extremely inaccurate. He claims that if Bush is re-elected, he will appoint Supreme Court justices that will take away women's rights, gay rights and minority rights. Though the Roe decision could possibly be overturned with a more conservative court, David is making outrageous claims simply to scare voters into voting for John Kerry. Besides, even if Bush does get re-elected who's to say the liberals in Senate won't filibuster any attempt to put another justice into power?
