Today's University Park forecast
The pleasant conditions of the past weekend were due to
persistent high pressure situated over the Commonwealth.
This pattern will continue for today before being
interrupted by the remnants of Jeanne on Tuesday, with
the possibility of heavy rain at that time. Jeanne will
swiftly exit the region to the northeast Tuesday night,
with cooler, drier air in its wake. Temperatures should
remain near seasonal levels as high pressure
re-establishes itself for the remainder of the week. The
next rain event will occur during the beginning part of
next week.
