The Penn State women's basketball team released its schedule this weekend. To start the season the Lady Lions will face Texas, Duke and Villanova all on the road.

The game against Texas, who is usually a tough opponent, will be played as part of the State Farm Tip-Off Classic, in Austin.

The Lady Lions will open the home season at the Bryce Jordan Center on Nov. 23 when they take on Duquesne.

The first Big Ten game for the Lions will be on Dec. 30 at home against Ohio State.

Two games have already been slated to be televised. The game against Texas will be on ESPN2 and CBS will carry the Jan. 8 game at Wisconsin.

The Big Ten tournament, which the Lady Lions finished second in last year will take place Mar. 3 through Mar. 7 in Indianapolis.
