Mike Williams - The NCAA appears to have less heart than the Russian in Rocky IV. With their refusal to allow one of the premiere college athletes back in school, its depriving the fans of watching what college athletics is all about. Does USC need Williams to repeat? Maybe not, but the point is the NCAA dropped the ball big time on this issue, and for the second time in the last few weeks after denying Jeremy Bloom's request to continue playing football at Colorado. Way to go Mr. Brand.
Colorado - Oh Gary, where do we start. College recruiting may have changed all because of the program that was running right under your nose. You're frankly lucky to still have a job, but good luck winning games this season. On a side note, how do we get on the guest list for an upcomming recruiting party? Let me know.
Willie Williams - From press time until today, there is a chance Williams has been arrested yet again. The only thing missing from his rap sheet was a VIP ticket to a Colorado party. I hope Miami gets the Williams that we've all been hearing about off the field, then maybe they'll realize there is some academic integrity that is supposed to come with a major university.
Mike Price - Those clubs will get you everytime. If Varsity Blues is any indication there's some of them in Texas too. We've heard of chaperones for recruiting trips, but never for coaching visits. Maybe the NCAA should look into this while letting Mike Williams play football.
