Today's University Park forecast
A stationary front that has stalled across the region
will keep the weather unsettled for today. As waves of
low pressure develop along the boundary, showers will
develop. A rumble of thunder is also possible. However,
expect a break in the action Saturday as one system pulls
out ahead of short-lived ridge of high pressure. This
ridge quickly moves out as another trough builds in,
signalling the return of an active pattern and cooler
temperatures.
