OPINIONS
[ Monday, April 19, 2004 ]

Say what?

Collegian's editorial opinion is determined by its Board of Opinion, with the editor holding final responsibility.

The Source Investigation Program (SIP) has become a hot topic among students and local officials.

Is SIP a necessary program that can change the drinking culture of Penn State and downtown State College? In turn, will that lead to a decrease in violent crimes perpetrated around town?

Or, is the SIP program an unnecessary venture, meant to hamper students' ability to participate in social situations?

The Daily Collegian wants to hear your opinion on this ever-evolving issue.

E-mail Opinion Editor Mike Walbert at collegianletters@psu.edu with your thoughts, which will be published later this week.
