Police Log

Criminal mischief: A staff member of Pennypacker Hall reported to Penn State University Police that someone damaged several doors in the basement of the building overnight on Tuesday. The estimated value of the damage is $500.

Sexual offense: A person reported a sexual offense yesterday to the State College Police Department. Police would not comment on the incident.

Theft: A juice machine valued at $1,000 was stolen from the kitchen of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity, 409 E. Fairmont Ave., the State College Police Department said yesterday. The theft was reported on Wednesday.

Theft: Players Nite Club, 112 W. College Ave., reported to the State College Police Department Wednesday that several hundred CDs were stolen from the club sometime over Penn State's spring break. Police did not have an estimated value for the items.

Theft: A student reported to Penn State University Police that his backpack was stolen from the ground floor of the HUB-Robeson Center at about 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The estimated value of the bag and its contents is $500.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
