A Port Matilda resident is facing trespassing charges for allegedly loitering in the Penn Stater Conference Center and Hotel's women's locker room on two separate occasions.
Scott E. Miller, 30, is charged with two counts of invasion of privacy and four counts of criminal trespass. He will receive a summons from District Justice Bradley Lunsford's office by mail to appear at a preliminary hearing on May 12 at Centre County Courthouse in Bellefonte.
According to court documents, the first incident occurred Nov. 2 when a female Penn State employee found Miller standing in the locker room when she exited the shower. He fled the scene when the naked woman noticed him.
The second incident occurred March 8 and involved the woman of the first instance and a hotel guest, the documents said. The guest exited a shower stall and was getting dressed when the employee exited a separate stall and found Miller staring at the guest. He again exited the room, the documents said.
Media reports published the defendant's likeness from hotel security cameras, and he was subsequently identified to police.
