Common Sense weighs in on homosexual issue
Well, now that God and Satan have had their say ("Satan doesn't agree with reader's promise," March 22 and "God responds to Satan on 'tolerance' subject," March 23), allow myself, Common Sense, to step into the ring and throw my two cents to this discussion. First off, just because Heaven and Hell are described in several pieces of literature, it does not mean they actually exist. You may truly believe that they do, but you won't know for sure until you're dead. Until then, stop telling other people where they'll end up after their life is over. Secondly, it is not your place to condemn the actions of others. No one is perfect. No one is saintly. And more often than not, you will have no clue as to the circumstances that lead people to do what they do. Offer kindness and understanding to what you do not know, and you just might become a little bit wiser. And finally, stop using your cell phones on the Loop. It's just really annoying. Mike Koslap
