Two men who were arrested in connection with a string of Blockbuster thefts in Yardley also allegedly traveled to the Blockbuster Video store, 2268 E. College Ave., during their thefts of at least two stores in Pennsylvania.

The State College Police Department arrested a Bellefonte man yesterday in connection with the recent thefts at Kaufmann's Department Store, 2901 E. College Ave.

While campaign supporters in bright-colored T-shirts cheered loudly and chanted campaign slogans, Undergraduate Student Government (USG) executive candidates formally debated key issues such as safety, diversity and tuition last night.

The Office of Physical Plant (OPP) recently placed stickers in elevators around campus listing actions to take if the elevator should stop operating.

HARRISBURG -- More than 200 students filled the steps in the Rotunda of the state Capitol Building yesterday to rally for higher state appropriations for public schools in Pennsylvania.

When many students living near East College Avenue returned from spring break earlier this week, they had mixed reactions to a new sidewalk addition.

A discussion last night about Mel Gibson's controversial movie The Passion of the Christ quickly turned into a heated debate between Rabbi Tuvia Abramson, director of Penn State's Hillel, and Willard Preacher Gary Cattell.
