Assault: An employee of A.W. & Sons, 309 E. Beaver Ave., was reportedly punched by an unknown male at 2:42 a.m. yesterday on the fourth floor of Cedarbrook Apartments, 320 E. Beaver Ave., the State College Police Department said. The suspect is described as about 5 feet 9 inches tall and in his early 20s. Assault: A man reported at about 5 a.m. yesterday that he was assaulted by a known individual at Beta Theta Pi fraternity, 220 W. Burrowes St., the State College Police Department said. Charges are pending the completion of an investigation, police said. Assault: A male student reported at about 10 p.m. Thursday that he was assaulted Wednesday near the corner of Burrowes Street and Pollock Road, Penn State University Police said. No further details were released, and the investigation is continuing. Theft: A woman reported at 3 p.m. Saturday that her car was stolen from the 300 block of Barnard Street, the State College Police Department said. The vehicle was a purple, four-door 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. Police said the woman's son drove the car to a party Friday night, and it was gone when he returned Saturday morning. Value of the item was unknown, police said. Vandalism: A student reported at about 1 p.m. Saturday that both passenger-side windows were broken on her car while it was parked in Lot 82, Penn State University Police said. The incident occurred sometime between 9:30 p.m. Wednesday and 12:50 p.m. Saturday. Value of the damage is unknown, police said. | ||||
