I can't believe you are angry at the fact that you "knowingly" parked in an illegal space and got a ticket. There were no spots at the Bryce Jordan Center because it was the last home basketball game. Do you think the university is going to give you a personal parking spot? After all, you do pay a whopping $5 a month for your current permit. You can park free on the weekend at the HUB Deck, the Nittany Deck, Red Lot A (bus station) and Orange Lot A. As a grad student, you should already be familiar with these location.
