Theft: A silver Kona Blast mountain bike was stolen from a bike rack in State College in the last two weeks, the State College Police Department said yesterday. The bike is valued at about $600.

Theft: About $300 worth of items were stolen from an unlocked apartment in Penn Towers, 255 E. Beaver Ave. The stolen items include 5 DVDs, an electric razor, Christmas lights and a set of kitchen knives.
