Man to stand trial for entering dorm room

A judge determined yesterday that there is enough evidence for a trial in the case of a man accused of entering a woman's dorm room on Oct. 18.

James Conteh Jr., who was a Penn State student at the time of the incident, allegedly entered the sixth floor dorm room of a female McKean Hall resident. He was later charged with criminal trespass.

The victim and Penn State University Police detective Bernadette Bland both testified at yesterday's preliminary hearing.

Conteh will be arraigned on March 22. His attorney, Karen Muir, said she plans to file a series of motions after the arraignment, but she would not specify what kinds of motions these will be.
